to guarantee your reservation. The deposit can be made with a personal
check, Bank Check, Major Credit Card US Funds only. Balance due 5 Weeks
prior to arrival date. Checks payable to: Wells-Ogunquit Resort Motel.

A $30.00 check fee will be assessed for insufficient funds.

Cancellations: Deposits and Payments are non-refundable,
unless the Cottage is re-rented for the entire period. A $150.00 cancellation
fee will be deducted from payments.

This is a smoke free home Smoking is prohibited. A $ 200.00
cleaning charge will apply.

Due to allergies sorry NO PETS – A $ 200 per day charge will apply if
pets are on the property.

A refundable $200 security deposit is required for Damages and Cleaning
fees.
