• Cancellations: Deposits and Payments are non-refundable, unless the House is re-rented for the entire period. A $150.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from payments.
• This is a smoke free home Smoking is prohibited. A $ 200.00 cleaning charge will apply.
• Due to allergies sorry NO PETS – A $ 200 per day charge will apply if pets are on the property.
• A refundable $200 security deposit is required for Damages and Cleaning fees.

Directions to the Motel for key Pickup From the South:
Take I-95 North to Exit #7 (formerly exit # 4) York Ogunquit bear right. Take left onto US Rte 1 North for 10 miles. Wells-Ogunquit Resort Motel is 2 miles from Ogunquit Village on Right. Keys and Directions to the house will be provided. The house is less than 5 minutes away from the Motel.
